Thank you for the comfortable stay for a short visit. The venue is placed in a very central position close to the attractions. Would be happy to recommend this hotel, no complaints - we felt very special.

The location of this place is fantastic for exploring the city, being so close to Downtown, the waterfront, marina, and restaurants.

This place offers excellent value for money, especially when considering the city's prices; the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect choice for my holiday in the city.

Relaxing base for traveling to Auckland and exploring local places. Separate room with balcony providing a view over the rooftops of Waitemata Harbour. - the staff is outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally pleasant. - Perfect location in Auckland Central Business district next to the pier and Queen Street shops, convenience store, and the center.

Booked a reasonably large and modern room with continental breakfast and full kitchen. Very central location just off surrounding areas, restaurants, and supermarket.

The room had spacious beds and a separate layout.

loved the way my studio apartment was arranged with the bedroom and utensils plus kitchen. everything was excellent, nevertheless a few employees were flustered.

The place was great value. The hotel was little and fairly clean, had excellent views of both downtown and the harbor area. The location was favorable and the staff was welcoming and polite during the whole stay!

Spacious room, clean, well-equipped with city and harbour view. Comfy bed, great shower. Nice, quiet neighbourhood close to university and center. Helpful staff provided info on local restaurants, cafes. Went out of their way to book airport shuttle. Felt at home. Convenient arrival via Supershuttle.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The afterhours service was very good and the staff were happy to see me even though I turnned up after hours.

I was expecting more of a hotel but it is not what I would call a hotel but more of a room to rent. Although the place didn't disappoint because it is more of a place to stay and use as a base for rest and quite than to be social and meet other travellers.I would class a hotel as a place which had a bar and lobby in which you could relax this is more appartments to rent whether for a night or a week or longer. Which is excellent if you are on business in the city.

The room has recently been renovated and has a modern feel, offering a nice view over the rooftops of the harbor.

The hotel's decor had a charming and cozy feel, making it very inviting for senior guests like myself. The general areas were well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was great, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators that were convenient for seniors with mobility needs.

It would have been even better if there were more assistance available for senior guests. Perhaps having more staff members specifically trained to cater to the needs of senior travelers would enhance the vacation experience for us.
